Drop-in class grants access to a single session. They are valid for one session only.

“The 10 Credits Pass” grants access to several sessions. They involve payment before the first class. The pass is transferable for justified reasons and non-refundable. Their use is limited in time for 5 months from their first use.
The activation date of your pass is the date of the first session booked and not cancelled, even if not attended.
Workshops or other special events are charged separately.

Promotional and introductory offers can be subjected to specific terms for new or existing clients.

Refunds on services or products are not possible for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. You can however transfer your pass to another person while informing me in writing of their name and contact details.

The price for drop-in and 10 Credits Pass may increase.
An increase in fees applies to new passes or new packages.

Gift cards.

Gift cards can be redeemed for drop-ins, passes or products. They are in no case redeemable for cash.

Booking
Sessions should be booked in advance minimum 15 minutes in advance.

Sessions are available for online booking at least seven days before the session, and it is possible to register through the website yogawitheveronika.com or through the reservation system.

“Book” allows you to book a session. If the session is full, you can be put your on the waiting list.
An email notification is sent to you by email once you are confirmed at the session. You are confirmed at the session if (i) you booked or if (ii) after registration on the waitlist a space becomes available for you.


Impact of the failure to cancel in due time.

Status of the Client will be marked with a “Client did not arrive” if the Client fails to cancel in due time, minimum 2 hours before the start of the class or a “no show” if the Client fails to cancel. Practising Yoga is a commitment to yourself and your health. Although I understand many valid reasons for late cancellation due to fairness for other members, this policy has no exceptions.

Your class pass will be automatically deduced as one class session.
The schedule is subject to change or cancellation, with notice when possible.

Studio access.
The studio opens 10 minutes before sessions and closes 20 minutes after sessions. Please consider the sessions taking place in the studio before the class and be mindful towards other clients.
